Speech and Debate is one of the most valuable skills a student can develop — and the earlier they start, the better. At Southlake Jr. Speech and Debate, we believe that the ability to communicate clearly, think critically, and argue effectively are life-long tools that go far beyond the classroom or the competition stage.
Our program is designed specifically for middle school students, giving them a foundation in public speaking and debate at exactly the right time in their development. These are the years where confidence is built, habits are formed, and futures take shape. We meet students where they are and challenge them to grow into articulate, thoughtful, and persuasive communicators.
Whether your student is stepping up to a podium for the first time or preparing for competitive forensics, Southlake Jr. Speech and Debate is where that journey begins.
